Friends Care—Hearts Share, LLC. (FCHS) is a local non-profit organization that holds the “Raise the Rouf” benefit every year. They hold this event to raise money to uphold their mission statement: support our local community members coping with over-bearing medical expenses due to life threatening illness by providing moral and financial support. Every year they chose a recipient from the local community.

This year Raise the Rouf will take place on September 6th, 2014 from 4 pm—12:30 am. The event is held in Green Isle at the Club New Yorker. There are various activities that will be held along with bands throughout the afternoon and evening. The events include a 5K run/walk, bean bag tournament, and bike run. Tickets to the event are $10.
