NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Arlington will meet in the Council Chambers at the Community Center, 204 Shamrock Drive, at 6:30 p.m. on May 19, 2008, to consider the making of an improvement of sidewalks on East Adams Street from the railroad tracks going east through the 400 block, including Avenues; along with West Adams Street from the railroad tracks going west through the 600 block, including Avenues; pursuant to Minnesota Statute 429.011 to 429.111. The improvements will consist of the replacement of sidewalks. The estimated total cost of the improvement to the City is $52,667.52. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with references to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
